Bruce Kapteyn joins Chapman Associates with over 10 years of full-time experience in
mergers and acquisitions involving deal sizes up to $60 million. Prior to that he was a founder and principal of Van Bloem Gardens, an importer/distributor of flower bulbs, perennials and garden supplies, where he was Chairman and C.E.O. Royal has joined Chapman after a long and successful career in public accounting and as a self-employed business owner for the past 40 years. He built his own practice from the ground up to a multi-location business servicing clients ranging from small, companies to multi-state manufacturing firms with excess of $20 million in annual sales. He developed his accounting practice to include business valuations, and merger and acquisition consulting.
