Peg Adams joins Chapman as Managing Director.
Peg Adams brings to Chapman Associates over 25 years of experience in a variety of leadership positions in several manufacturing companies. Peg started her career as an accountant, progressed to CFO, and then assumed operational and general management responsibilities for both US and off shore manufacturing as President and COO. In addition to being active in acquisitions in her manufacturing roles, Peg has served as an acquisition intermediary and advisor in transactions in other industries. Peg has been involved with transactions in the service industry, aerospace industry, consumer retail industry, food industry and technology. Russ Hagberg joins Chapman as Managing Director.
Russ Hagberg brings to Chapman Associates over 35 years of experience in the transportation, oil and gas, mining, health care and heavy manufacturing industries. He has held various senior level managment positions ranging from Vice President-HR & Labor Relations and VP Transportation Operations to Chief of Staff and was a member of the Board of Directors for several major railway companies. He is currently an investor and advisor in an oil shale project involving mineral rights. Russ' primary focus with Chapman will be with transportation companies and energy related service and manufacturing companies which he has relied on throughout his career.
